that already have a product.
You've made your formula. Maybe you developed it yourself, adapted a recipe, or worked with a supplier to build something you love. The product is functioning. You're selling it, or you're getting ready to. But it's never been reviewed by an independent cosmetic chemist.
This audit is that review. I look at your formula the way a retailer, a contract manufacturer, or a regulatory body would, and I tell you what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
This is not for new product concepts. If you don't have a formula yet, that's custom formulation, and we can talk about that separately.

Line-by-line analysis of your ingredients, percentages, and interactions. We assess what's working, what's a potential risk, and what should be adjusted before you scale or go to market.
Stability & Safety
Evaluation of your formula's shelf stability, ingredient compatibility, and potential safety concerns. For anhydrous products, we focus on oxidation and rancidity. For water-based products, we assess your preservation system.
Ingredient Check
We verify that every ingredient in your formula is used within standard recommended percentages and appropriate usage rates. If something is over or under where it should be, we flag it.
Optimized Formula
You receive up to two revised formula options with detailed notes on every recommended change. Each version is tailored to your product goals. One round of revision is included after your review.
Is this right for your product?
Great fit: Products that are already formulated and functioning with no major active issues. Anhydrous products like butters, balms, oils, and salves. Water-based products that already include a preservative system. Brands preparing to scale, enter retail, or work with a contract manufacturer.
May need more: Water-based products without a preservative system. Products with active stability issues like separation, texture changes, or odor shifts. Formulas that need significant reformulation. For these, we'd likely recommend a project package or custom formulation instead, and we can discuss that on the onboarding call.

Step 1: Book your free 15-minute scope call to confirm this is the right fit.
Step 2: Purchase your audit and receive an NDA plus short questionnaire about your product and goals.
Step 3: Send over your formula in any format. Spreadsheet, document, handwritten notes, as long as it includes your ingredients and quantities.
Step 4: Your audit is completed within 7-10 business days.
Step 5: You receive your full written audit report with up to two optimized formula options, detailed notes, and one revision if needed.
